The Academy Model

Our academy follows a three-phase model designed to transform talent into operational cybersecurity professionals.

‍Participants are trained in environments equivalent to those used by enterprise clients, ensuring they develop real operational expertise.

Phase 1 — Intensive Cybersecurity Training

Participants follow a 6-month full-time training program in environments equivalent to enterprise security infrastructures. They learn cybersecurity operations, identity security and infrastructure protection through hands-on practice.

Phase 2 — Consultant Integration

After completing the academy, participants join FuturWork as cybersecurity consultants. They continue developing their expertise with the support of experienced security professionals.

Phase 3 — Client Deployment

Consultants are deployed within client cybersecurity teams, where they contribute to real security operations and cyber defense initiatives in production environments.

How long is the program?

The academy runs as a 6-month full-time program combining technical training, practical exercises and real security scenarios.

What will participants learn?

Participants develop practical skills in areas such as: Security operations and monitoring, Identity and access management, Cloud and infrastructure security, Threat detection and incident response

What happens after the academy?

Participants who successfully complete the program are hired as FuturWork cybersecurity consultants and deployed on client missions.

Do participants work with real security tools?

Yes. Training is conducted in environments equivalent to enterprise infrastructures using technologies commonly used in cybersecurity teams.

Is prior cybersecurity experience required?

Not necessarily. A technical background in IT, networking or development is helpful, but the most important qualities are motivation and problem-solving ability.

Does the academy cost anything?

No. The FuturWork Academy does not charge tuition fees.Participants are selected through an application process and receive full training without paying for the program.

Will I work with real cybersecurity technologies?

Yes, FuturPlatform takes security and privacy seriously and uses advanced
encryption technology to protect client and freelancer data. We also have a strict non-
disclosure agreement policy to ensure confidentiality.
