IAM/PAM Consultant

Context

FuturWork recruits IAM/PAM consultants for identity and privileged access projects at our clients. Active Directory is the technology that comes up most often in our client needs, alongside Entra ID and CyberArk.

Your day-to-day missions

• Manage the identity lifecycle: account creation, changes and deletion, provisioning and deprovisioning
• Deploy and administer PAM solutions such as CyberArk (vault, onboarding of privileged accounts and safes)
• Integrate applications into IAM/SSO and directories (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP)
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and the principle of least privilege
• Organise and run access review and recertification campaigns
• Provide production support and incident resolution, and on-call duty depending on the assignment
• Contribute to compliance audits (ISO 27001, GDPR) and produce the related evidence
• Automate with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and REST APIs

• Based in Brussels
• On-call duty may be required, depending on the assignment

Your profile

Must-have

• 3 to 7 years of experience in IAM/PAM
• Directories and identity: Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID
• Cloud: Azure
• Systems: Windows Server, Linux
• PAM: CyberArk
• Development and automation: Java/J2EE, Ansible
• Fluent English
• For the Belgian market: C1/C2 level in French or Dutch, frequently required by our clients

Nice to have

• Certifications relevant to the role: CyberArk Defender or Sentry, SailPoint, CISSP, CISM
