Platform / DevOps Engineer

Context

FuturWork recruits Platform / DevOps Engineers to build and run the platforms our clients' teams deploy on. Kubernetes is the technology that comes up most often in our client needs, with Linux, Azure, Ansible and Terraform.

Your day-to-day missions

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Build infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Deploy and run Kubernetes clusters (Helm, GitOps)
• Run production monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus) and handle incidents
• Build security into pipelines (DevSecOps: SAST/DAST, secrets management)
• Provide build and run support: deployments, troubleshooting, performance tuning
• Write runbooks and operating procedures, and hand over knowledge
• Work closely with development, security and architecture teams

Your profile

Must-have

• 3 to 7 years of experience in production platform or DevOps environments
• Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker
• Systems: Linux, Windows Server
• Cloud: Azure
• Infrastructure as code and automation: Ansible, Terraform
• Scripting: Python
• Observability: Grafana
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps
• Fluent English
• Fluency in at least one of Belgium's national languages: French or Dutch

Nice to have

• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications relevant to the role (CKA, AZ-400)
